I walked into this clinic today terrified, embarrassed, and worried I wouldn’t even be able to afford the treatment I needed. I’ve avoided the dentist for years because of cost and anxiety, and my teeth and mental health have suffered for it. But Dr Lily treated me with such genuine kindness and was so gentle. She didn’t judge me for the state of my teeth or my situation. She made sure I was comfortable, explained everything nicely and helped me get the most affordable option without compromising care. For the first time in my life, I felt safe at the dentist. I’m so grateful, and I’ll be coming back from now on.
