When my daughter fell and fractured her front teeth on the way home from school today, she was bleeding right in the middle of the road. Being new to New Lynn, I was overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. In desperation, I quickly googled the nearest dentist and called the first one that came up. Despite their busy schedule, they immediately took my daughter in as an emergency case. From the moment we arrived, we were met with such kindness and compassion. Kam at the reception, was incredibly understanding—bless her for going above and beyond to help us. She reassured me when I was in a panic and made sure my daughter was seen right away. The nurse and Dr. Soy were nothing short of amazing. Dr. Soy, in particular, is the kindest human being I’ve ever met. She made my daughter feel comfortable and safe during what was a terrifying experience for her. They skillfully repaired her teeth and, more importantly, restored our faith and calm in a very stressful moment. I can’t express how grateful I am to Kam, the nurse, and Dr. Soy for their incredible care and kindness today. They truly made all the difference in what could have been an even more traumatic experience.
