I have been going to Auckland Perio for over 20 years and I give it top marks on all fronts: state-of-the-art care, extremely skilled doctors and hygienists, friendly and capable staff. In this regard, I refute the review I saw here accusing Deb, the receptionist, of being unfriendly. My experience is the opposite. Every time I walk in Deb is there with a smile, greeting me by name. She has always graciously given me as much time as it takes to manage my appointments, including during the worst hassles caused by the Covid lockdowns, and by email when I was overseas. I note that the reviewer who complained offered only one specific, ie, an "annoying" tone of voice, and managed to slip in a sideways reference to her age. "Annoying" is about as subjective as you can get, and I don't know what her age has to do with it, except perhaps as a way for the reviewer to feel superior, based on nothing except outdated stereotypes.
