I’m usually not one to rave about dental treatments or visits, as all my previous experiences have not been positive. Dental anxiety and my experience with a not-so-well-mannered dentist or hygienist had made me rather reluctant to keep up with regular check-ins and visits. The last hygiene visit I had at another clinic left me in tears and with ongoing teeth sensitivity for a month. Thus, I had been on a hunt for a less invasive or gentle cleaning process, which led me to Customs Street Dentist. When I first walked into my appointment, I was rather nervous, but Jigisha Patel was incredibly empathic and kind. She listened to all my concerns, put me at ease, and walked me through the cleaning steps throughout the appointment. She checked in often to ensure I was as comfortable as possible and was not in any pain. At the end of the appointment, there was only some slight discomfort, but nothing too serious. This had been hands down the best hygiene visit I've had in my life. Thank you, Jigisha, for your kindness and gentle approach. I’ll see you again in a couple of months.

We cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. My 12-year-old son has struggled with noticeable discolouration on his front adult teeth for years. We’ve had countless consultations elsewhere, but no one was able to provide a real solution. Within just 20 seconds of meeting Tony, he not only identified a treatment option but immediately ordered what was needed and booked us back the very next day. He then introduced us to his colleague, a specialist in this type of treatment, who carried out the procedure with such professionalism, warmth, and skill. Both dentists were personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring throughout the whole process. The results have been absolutely life-changing—our son now smiles proudly and confidently instead of hiding his teeth. To see that transformation in him has been priceless. Exceptional care, outstanding results, and great value too. We’re so grateful to the team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for expert, compassionate dental care.
