Straightening my teeth has always been top of my list but due to the financial strain and uncertainty of my stay in New Zealand I kept postponing it. The one good thing about the covid border restrictions was it allowed me to save since I wasn't traveling. I found Eden Orthodontics online and since it was close with a such high regard I made an appointment. Everyone was super welcoming, friendly, bubbly, and really seemed to enjoy working there. Tara explained everything in detail, gave alternatives and didn't push me to make a decision right there. Rachel walked in shortly after and wow! She has such a presence about her, is so knowledgeable, passionate about the field, and really wants people to feel/look their best. She is quirky, personable and really caring. I could go on and on about her and ultimately she was the reason why I went back a few months later after being a bit concerned on the price but knew if I didn't do it then it probably wouldn't happen. My treatment is nearly finished and we've had to do many adjustments which were delayed due to the lock downs and what not. My goal was for my teeth to be ready for my sister's wedding. I had a chipped front tooth and I didn't have enough time to see my dentist to get a filling. I was not fussed and said it would be fine but Rachel was not having that. Out of the kindness of her heart she did the filling on the day I got my attachments taken off. I was extremely nervous but totally trusted Rachel and knew she was more than capable. When she handed me the mirror and I saw my new reflection I started crying. Never did I think my teeth could look how I've always dreamed of them to look. I would recommend Eden Orthodontics to everyone!! Thank you team, you guys rock!! Oh and you get nice blocks from time to time, WINNING!! :)

She then introduced me to Dr. Rachel Smith, who went through my treatment plan thoroughly and took the time to explain everything clearly. Both Aimee and Dr. Rachel were not only professional, but also genuinely kind and approachable, which immediately put me at ease. What I really appreciate is how personalised the experience feels, I’m not just another patient, they’ve made me feel valued and supported at every step.
