I had an incredible experience with Dr. Hani, my endodontist, and her assistant Chloe. They both deserve the highest praise for their exceptional care and support throughout my treatment. Dr. Hani's expertise and skill in the field of endodontics were evident from the moment I stepped into her office. She took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answer all my questions, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well-informed. Her attention to detail and precision during the treatment instilled confidence in me. Chloe, Dr. Hani's assistant, was an absolute gem. Not only was she professional and friendly, but she also went above and beyond to provide translation assistance, which was immensely helpful for me. Her fluency in multiple languages made the communication process seamless, and I truly appreciate her efforts to ensure that I understood everything clearly. The teamwork between Dr. Hani and Chloe was remarkable. They complemented each other's skills and worked together to create a positive and supportive environment. Their genuine concern for my well-being was evident, and they made every effort to make me feel at ease throughout the procedure. The communication and follow-up from Dr. Hani and Chloe were excellent. They promptly addressed any concerns I had and provided detailed aftercare instructions. Definitely the most considerate, thoughtful and personable dental experience I’ve ever had. I found Hani and his team, who included Hazel and Antoinette, went to great lengths to ensure my comfort, especially being 8 months pregnant, while being in their care for my infected tooth. Hani was very thorough and methodical, explaining his thought process during the initial consultation, involving me in every decision and offering several options that I could choose from – all which ensured the safety of my baby and my own peace of mind. During the actual procedure, comfort and communication were again key. Every tool or step along the way was explained well, hand signals if pain was an issue, a dvd of my choosing for distraction and a few laughs along the way all made for a – dare I say it – relaxing dental experience. The follow up phone call the next day to see how my tooth fared was also a lovely touch. I cannot recommend Hani and his team highly enough.
