I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the team at Lumino Dentist Sanctuary, Bishopp Dunn Place, Botany, especially Dr. Helen Yoon, for the exceptional care I received during my recent emergency visit. I had been dealing with a severe toothache for three days, trying to push through the pain until it became unbearable—I could barely eat or sleep. When I called in distress, they kindly made space for me the same day. From the moment I walked in, I felt supported. After taking an X-ray, Dr. Helen took the time to clearly explain what was going on—my lower wisdom tooth was the cause of the pain. What truly stood out was her genuine care and sympathy. She didn’t rush the process. She patiently walked me through my options, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable with my decision. I chose to have the tooth extracted, and Dr. Helen performed the procedure with incredible gentleness and precision. Her calm and caring approach helped ease my anxiety. To my surprise, the extraction was over before I even realized—it was that smooth. A special mention to her assistant as well, who offered comforting words and support throughout the visit. Dr. Helen is not only highly skilled but also compassionate and attentive—qualities that made a world of difference during a very painful and stressful time.
