Max Dental Care is outstanding in customer care, service, dental care, just everything! I can only highly recommend Max Dental Care. I am so glad I found this dental clinic. I first went there for a dental clean, I have hyper sensistive teeth and got given a local anesthetic without additional charge. Also, a problem was discovered with one of my older crowns, which was overlooked by another dentist. I could get not only my dental clean done, but also got the old crown removed, underlying problems addressed and a temporary crown fitted all on the same day! I was thoroughly informed and treated with such care and professionalism, I was truly amazed. I have very high expectations when it comes to dental care as I am from Germany and used to exceptional dental service. It is a big part of our culture to have ones teeth in the best possible condition as our health system encourages and rewards regular checkups & treatments. After years of running from one dentist to the next here in NZ, I couldn't be happier. As soon as you enter Max Dental Care, you feel as you'd enter a serene heaven. Gentle, sophisicated & soothing quiet music is playing, no loud radio blaring, no annoying tv shows, what a pleasant experience. The lovely receptionist will do anything she can to accommodate the patient's wishes and concerns, she even advises on the best parking spot to avoid a fine should the consultation take longer than expected.
