I highly commend Milk orthodontics for their professionalism, efficiency and their brilliant results. I recently had my braces removed after being treated by Dr Shaz MacAvoy and her amazing team at Milk orthodontics. Despite the difficulties that multiple lockdowns created, her team remained professional, reliable, friendly and efficient. There are a range of different orthodontic treatment options available, and Milk orthodontics will create a plan that works best for you. They were flexible, allowing me to fit appointments around my shift work, and around my dental work. They always listened to any concerns, helped to problem solve or reassure me. Dr Shaz MacAvoy is meticulous, precise and thorough, with great attention to detail. She strives for the best results possible. This is evident in the excellent care provided at Milk orthodontics. I always felt safe in her hands. Overall I am very happy with my new smile, and would recommend Milk orthodontics to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.

We have had an excellent experience with our son's orthodontic treatment at Milk. Shaz and the team are professional, friendly, helpful and thorough. At all times we felt like we were all kept up to date with the progress being made, the next steps, and the timeframes we could expect. Kaitlyn at front of office is very helpful with appointment times, and always willing to get back to us with answers if there is something my son forgot to ask during his treatment, or if I had a question between appointments. Also, we found the Milk team to be great at sticking to appointment times. At the time of our appointment they were always ready for us, so there was no waiting around or wasted time, which made our visits quick and hassle free. Our son now has a great smile, and we are very happy with the job Shaz and the team have done for him - thanks all for a great result. We now have our second son in orthodontic treatment with Milk - sticking with Shaz and the team for a repeat performance.
