After comparing different clinics and reviews, I decided to have my three wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Michael —— and I’m really glad I made that choice. The surgery was done on Tuesday, and within just a few days I was back to my normal life. No gum or jaw pain, eating almost as usual. Honestly, I didn’t expect the recovery to be this fast, which was such a relief. Dr. Michael is clearly very experienced with extractions. The whole process went smoothly, and the stitches were neat and tidy——I believe that’s a big reason why my healing has been so quick and painless. The Northmed team also impressed me with how thoughtful they are. Small things like the blanket, the ceiling TV, the well-insulated door, and the gentle way they talked really helped calm me down. I’ve always been nervous about dentists because of a bad experience at another clinic in Auckland, but here I actually felt safe and relaxed the whole time. Big thanks to Dr. Michael and the Northmed team for helping me through this. If my fourth wisdom tooth ever needs to come out, I’d definitely come back here.
