Dr. Basil provided an exceptional service. He has the empathy and kindness of someone used to working out in the community (which is rare for specialists) and also showed a great level of patience and understanding for someone with a dental phobia. He worked with me to manage this and was able to build trust with me to do a complete restructuring on all my teeth. The quality of his work is also exceptional. Not only has my smile been restored, my teeth look straighter than they ever were. Furthermore, Dr. Basil was very accommodating, such as meeting me very early one morning before patients to take a quick xray of my tooth because I thought my tooth felt weird (my tooth was fine). This indicates a professional who is willing to go above and beyond to reassure his clients and treat their dental issues promptly. Indeed, Basil was extremely efficient. I travelled once or twice a month from Hamilton to have my teeth done at Optima. The prosthodontist in Hamilton took over two years to provide me with an initial dental treatment plan. In contrast, Basil provided me with a complete treatment plan within the first month or so of visiting him. There was a polar difference between these two establishments who provide the exact same service. It was worth the extra hours of driving to get quality services that were humanising and based primarily in care, not profit. Highly recommended.
