Hi Mo and Bridget, I want to post another review (however can only do one or edit existing) hence I'm editing the one I posted in 2019 when we started our wonderful, long journey with you. You can not believe how happy we are with the amazing result you have created and how much you have helped my little girl (not so little now)!!! It has been a long 4 years and not once you gave up on our very difficult, almost impossible to achieve case. We are so grateful for your creativity, patience, your professionalism and just an absolutely outstanding work ethics! Mo, you are such a talent, and should be so, so proud of what you have achieved! Bridget, you are a star, and just so wonderful to deal with. Thank you again to both of you, and we will always be grateful for what you have done for us over these years! When we sat down with Mo he was absolutely fantastic, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. My daughter said that Mo was very likable because he actually wanted to know you! Once I went to other Orthodontist for consultation in Remuera, I didn’t like there at all. I searched many places, and found here. Shakespeare Orthodontics is the right place I wanted. Dr. Mo is very kind, helpful, professional, and reliable. Me and my son are very happy now taking treatments here. Also the assistant lady is pretty lovely, kind and reliable, too. ----------------------------------------------------- It been 2 years since my son started treatment here, his teeth are getting perfectly lined. His teeth looked beautiful, but Mo found his back tooth growing not straight, and he adviced us to take a little more time to get this straight. They are very busy but working hard for patients all the time. Some other orthodontist take extra charge for a new plan, but Mo does not. Even the bracket came off accidententaly (once my son bit broccoli, and once bit out of positioned mouse guard) they arranged emergency appointments free and quickly. They are always helpfull, trustfull, and professional. I really feel biggest thanks to Shakespeare Orthodontist.
