10 star experience coming into La Bises for the first time ever. As a late gift for Mother’s Day the service I received was top tier. I’d like to specifically say thank you to the lovely staff member Jena 😊 Her Aurora and soft spoken voice is so welcoming and friendly it made me feel absolutely comfortable and relaxed. In fact, all the beautiful staff members had the same welcoming spirit they all had smiles on their faces which showed me the amazing characters they are for the work that they do and provide. From the very beginning, they had small chocolates on the reception area & a beautiful warm lemon tea offered whilst filling out a form, they had a gown and slippers and a box to place items & clothing in, from the whole entire head spa, massage of the neck, shoulders, arms, hands, legs feet - I was in heaven! Truly did not want it to end ☺️ Jena made sure to ask me if I was ok, if the water was too hot, if her pressure was too much. The little things like this made the experience a million times better as she knew to check on me and every time I would give the thumbs up and a smile because she just had everything so perfect and so relaxing I was just enjoying it so much. She dried my hair and thanked me for praising her for her service. Needless to say, I loved my experience and the service they provided me. It was much needed as a full time mum I didn’t want it to end. I’ll be booking for a full body massage next that’s for sure. Thank you Jena & team for looking after me so well! I would give 20 stars if I could. See you again soon 😊
