Dusan Kuzmanovich is the nicest most approachable honest caring man Ive had as a dentist in my 61 years. He has managed to alleviate my fear of the chair to a point where I actually turn up for appointments . I was tortured by the 1970s school dental clinic program who effectively destroyed my perfectly good molars with dirty large black mercury amalgam fillings . A shockingly poorly done root canal by a well to do but careless dentist on Franklin rd in Ponsonby that took over a decade to diagnose and required major repair to fix including a bone graft in my sinus cavity to repair the damage caused by the infection from it so an implant could be fitted. ACC were meant to cover the 4 procedures over a period of a year to fix this malpractice only to pull the funding after the 80% cover of the first two (and cheapest parts) of the procedures. I took a case against them amd lost . So Ive been let down by the dental industry and ACC in NZ badly. My honest opinion is that I should receive free dental for the rest of my life and be paid back the tens of thousands Ive paid over the years to fix and refix the results of poor dentistry and receive a lump sum amount thats large for the literally decades of pain and suffering caused by it. Dusan is gifted. You won't find a better more honest caring dentist. His wife Sonya also is very good and did some work recently for me and provided great follow up care that proved to me these people are good people. Not that I ever had any doubt. Dusan is the only dentist ever who can give me a numbing injection and I dont feel it. Truly amazing. My hygienist there Petria is also brilliant she discovered the work that Sonya needed to do and saved me from potential longer term issues. They really do look out for you and really do care. Thank you to all the wonderful welcoming caring skilled staff at Mt Albert Dental Suite. 💙💙💙💙

Exceptional Dental Care – From Hygiene to Specialist Treatment Excellent experience from start to finish at Dental Suite Mt Albert Clinic starting with hygienist appointment and continuing through to specialist care with the prosthodontist. The dental hygienist was outstanding—gentle, professional, and thorough. They took the time to explain each step of the cleaning process, offering helpful advice for at-home care and making sure it was completely comfortable. The appointment with the prosthodontist, for a more complex issue was superb. From the initial consultation to the final treatment, their expertise and patient-centered approach were evident. They walked through all the options clearly, answered every question with patience, and delivered care that was both technically excellent and genuinely compassionate. The coordination between the hygiene team and the specialist was seamless, and the overall experience felt very personalized and well-managed. The clinic itself was spotless, modern, and welcoming—exactly the kind of environment that helps you feel at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dental Suite Mt Albert to anyone seeking both routine and specialized dental care. You’re truly in good hands.
