I honestly can’t recommend Thompson Dental enough!!! I had an emergency toothache, and the whole team were AMAZING. Jo at reception was so welcoming and helpful. Mike did the initial assessment and gave expert, reassuring advice. Then Janet and her assistant Alice handled my root canal brilliantly. I hadn’t seen a dentist in years (pre-Covid!) and was extremely nervous, but Janet and Alice made it a surprisingly pleasant and painless experience! They created a calm, comfortable environment and were outstanding from start to finish. Janet explained everything clearly as she worked, showing obvious technical skill, and Alice was so lovely and friendly throughout. Janet, you are truly so amazing at what you do 💐💐 — you deserve all the flowers! The entire team at Thompson Dental really blew me away with their genuine manaaki for people, their incredible skill, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere they create; they make you feel like you’re truly looked after and cared for. Honestly, the best healthcare experience I’ve ever had, and I will definitely continue under their care (even joked that I’ll be bringing my future kids here one day!).
