Over the past few months, I’ve been a frequent visitor to White Smile Takapuna for veneers, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Hugh is the ultimate professional. I never felt pressured, everything was thoroughly explained, and he consistently went above and beyond what’s typically expected. I’ll admit, I can be a difficult patient, but he made me feel completely comfortable returning with questions or making adjustments, sometimes in his own time without an appointment. Hugh was genuinely invested in the final result and how I felt about it - there was never any rush to just get the job done. The end result is incredible - so natural that no one has even noticed I have veneers. People just comment on how great my teeth look. Hugh and Layla work wonderfully as a team, making even the four-hour sessions a surprisingly enjoyable experience. Weirdly, I’ve found myself missing my frequent visits now that the process is complete! After recently moving to Auckland, I was nervous about finding a new dentist, especially for such an important procedure. From the moment I walked in, Julie at reception made me feel so welcome - she’s amazing. And Ashley is by far the best hygienist I’ve ever had. I’m so glad I chose this team, they made the entire experience far more comfortable and reassuring.
